  • Are you ready for a new challenge? As a commercial consultant, you are actively engaged daily in the region to acquire new SME clients and further develop existing relationships. You identify commercial opportunities, conduct discussions at various levels, and translate customer inquiries into concrete solutions. You make smart use of data, AI, and tools to effectively work your market. For open vacancies, you create appealing job descriptions with the support of tools and work closely with recruiters. You provide targeted feedback to improve the selection process and increase the chances of successful placements. Once a candidate is placed, you remain involved. You maintain contact with both the client and the temporary worker and guide the temporary worker throughout the assignment to ensure everything runs smoothly. Additionally, you prepare commercial proposals, actively follow them up, and ensure the correct documentation of agreements, rates, and margins.

We ask

  • • Experience in a commercial role, preferably within recruitment or business services; • Strong in relationship management and enjoyment in actively approaching new clients; • Ability to work methodically and maintain an overview in a dynamic environment; • Persuasiveness and the ability to conduct commercial discussions, including price negotiations; • Digital skills and ease in using systems, data, and (AI) tools; • Clear communication and smooth coordination between client, recruiter, and temporary worker.
