  • Are you technically skilled and have experience with CNC machines? As a CNC operator, you are responsible for independently setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC milling and/or turning machines. You work on precision parts where quality, accuracy, and technical knowledge are central. Your tasks include independently setting up and operating CNC milling and/or turning machines, producing precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications, and selecting, mounting, and checking tools and fixtures. Additionally, you load programs, set zero points and offsets, monitor the machining process, and make adjustments as needed. You perform quality checks using measuring instruments and verify that products meet the specified tolerances. You also adjust machine settings to ensure quality and accuracy, perform basic maintenance on the machines, maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, and contribute ideas for improvements in processes and tools.

We ask

  • • Technical insight and experience with CNC operations (milling and/or turning); • Preferably a background as a CNC operator or similar technical role; • Experience with reading technical drawings; • Ability to work accurately and quality-oriented; • Experience with measuring instruments and checking tolerances; • Proficiency in English at a minimum B1 level; • You are independent, responsible, and enjoy working in a technical environment; • Available for a full-time position in a 2-shift system.
