Production

  • As a CNC Operator, you are responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines. You ensure that products are produced according to the correct specifications and continuously monitor the quality of the final product. You work with colleagues in a professional production environment where precision and teamwork are important. Thanks to your technical insight and attention to detail, the production process runs smoothly. Your tasks include setting up and operating CNC machines, checking the quality of produced parts, performing checks and making adjustments as needed, identifying and solving minor malfunctions, and working according to safety and quality guidelines. Collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve the production process is essential. Don't have experience with CNC machines? No problem! With the right motivation and eagerness to learn, you will have the opportunity to learn the trade in practice and further develop yourself.

We offer

  • • A salary starting from €16.34 gross per hour (from 18 years old); • Choose an all-in salary? Then you earn €17.57 gross per hour, including holiday pay; • A full-time employment of 32 to 40 hours per week; • Travel allowance up to 40 km one way; • Choose when you receive your salary: weekly or every 4 weeks; • Security thanks to a stable schedule and guaranteed hours; • Access to online courses via Timing; • Flexible payout of accrued vacation hours; • A pleasant working environment with friendly colleagues and a diverse team.
