As a Product Finishing Employee in Sneek, you are responsible for the last and most important step in the production process. You work full-time, 40 hours per week, ensuring that our metal turbine blades and accessories are perfectly finished. This takes place in a modern, clean working environment where precision and quality are central. You have a lot of responsibility and work day shifts from 7:00 to 16:00.

Your day starts with a short briefing, after which you begin polishing, grinding, brushing, and finishing our products. Additionally, you perform tasks such as shot peening and glass bead blasting. You carefully measure and inspect each product based on measurement reports. You ensure that each component meets all quality requirements.

Your day starts with reviewing the sawing orders. You set up the machines and cut the materials to size. You check the work, keep your workspace tidy and safe, and record the materials used. As a Quality Inspector in Sneek, you are responsible for the quality control of products and the production process. You work full-time in a two-shift system. You perform measurements with advanced equipment such as a Wenzel CMM and a GOM/Zeiss 3D scanner. You ensure that everything meets the highest standards.

On an average workday, you program the CMM and 3D scanner, approve the first products, conduct checks during the production process, and inspect incoming goods. You also handle the final inspection of the products. You assist colleagues in setting up machines and actively contribute to improving measurement methods and techniques.
