You independently assemble thruster components, mainly gearboxes, according to clear drawings. You perform inspections, tests, and measurements and ensure the correct data is entered into the system. You also maintain your workspace and tools. You often collaborate with colleagues and contribute ideas for improvements. On a typical workday, you start by reviewing the schedule. You gather the right parts and tools and begin assembling. You carefully measure everything, conduct tests, and record results. Are there any discrepancies? You resolve them quickly and neatly. You assist colleagues with inspections and occasionally work in another department if needed. You follow established procedures and keep your workspace clean and safe.
