CNC Long Turner Groenlo

As a CNC Turner in Groenlo, you work in a modern production environment. You are active 36 to 40 hours per week in a 2-shift system. You focus on setting up, operating, and improving CNC lathes from top brands. Your work revolves around precision products for demanding customers. You have the opportunity to develop yourself technically and contribute to the process.

You start your day with a brief handover with colleagues. Then you independently set up the right machine or program it, depending on your experience. You work on products between 20 and 200 mm. You perform quality checks and actively think about improvements in the production process. Due to the shift system, you work together with others and ensure a smooth transition to the next shift.

What will you do?

As an Operator, you work together with colleagues to manufacture high-tech end products from raw material. Do you already have experience in the field? Then you will work independently. Do you want to learn turning? Then you will be intensively guided and given plenty of space to master the trade step by step. Your tasks include: changing products on the machines, ensuring optimal machine occupancy, assessing tools for wear, replacing and measuring if necessary, performing manual measurements on the shop floor, measuring products on the CMM measuring machine in a conditioned measuring room, and assessing measurement results and possibly adjusting the machine according to (APM) production guidelines.
