As a CNC Turner, you are responsible for independently performing machining operations on CNC lathes of the Nakamura and Doosan Puma types. You work in a two-shift system, set up the machines, perform technical quality checks with hand measuring tools, and optimize production. You work on precision mechanical products with dimensions between 20 and 200 mm, both in small and large series. The machine park is transitioning from FANUC programming to external programming via CAD/CAM. Depending on your experience, you start as an operator or programmer and are involved in improving processes and implementing new machining techniques. During an average workday, you set up CNC lathes, check the quality of the workpiece, and program the machines where necessary. You follow technical drawings closely and work according to customer specifications. You maintain technical communication with team members to ensure efficient shift handovers.
