You manage 15 to 30 colleagues, and together you ensure that the stores and webshop are always supplied on time. You are the driving force behind the team's success. You work full-time (38 hours) in alternating shifts. This keeps your work always interesting and you learn something new every day. Your day starts with distributing tasks and motivating your team. You actively walk around the work floor, adjust where necessary, and ensure a good atmosphere. You keep an overview when it's busy and make sure everyone knows what needs to be done. You think about improvements and implement them as well. During peak periods, you don't let yourself get overwhelmed and continue to lead the team positively.
