As a location employee, you are the linchpin at a large Rabobank office location in Utrecht. You work 40 hours a week and ensure that the recycling process runs smoothly. Thanks to your efforts, the work environment remains clean, organized, and sustainable. You have freedom in your work, and working hours are flexible, making it easy to combine work with private life. Your day starts with checking and maintaining the recycling points. You collect waste streams, process them neatly, and kindly address colleagues about waste separation. You identify areas for improvement and provide solutions immediately. Sometimes you are deployed to other locations around Rabobank. Depending on the schedule, you work weekdays between 07:00 and 16:00. Extra flexibility in the evening hours at the WTC is a nice bonus, but not mandatory.
