  • As a chef, you ensure that guests can enjoy delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared dishes. You work independently, but also together with the kitchen and service team. Your tasks include preparing lunch and dinner dishes, independently preparing meals for the evening shift, and taking care of the mise-en-place. You prepare and finish dishes according to recipes and your own insight, ensure a beautiful presentation, monitor quality, taste, and hygiene, and check and process the inventory. Additionally, you personally collect the necessary ingredients and products from the store and process them administratively. You keep the kitchen neat and organized and contribute ideas for dishes, specials, and improvements.
