Central Filling Employee

As a warehouse employee in Amsterdam, you work in a modern distribution center. You participate in a 2-shift system and work full-time (38-40 hours per week). You assist with all logistical tasks in the warehouse. Being physically active, collaborating, and variety make this job attractive. You receive shift allowance and travel expense reimbursement. What does your day look like? You start the day by processing packages. You sort packages by postal code and place them on the correct conveyor belt. You assist drivers, create labels, and check shipments. You always work together with colleagues and the team leader. After the busy morning, there is a break. Then you help with tidying up and prepare the workplace for the next round. In the afternoon/evening, you receive drivers, check routes, and handle administrative tasks. You work with a scanner, tape dispenser, and - if you are authorized - an electric pallet truck. You enjoy being physically active and like to take initiative.
