In this role, you are the point of contact for safety, occupational health, and the environment. You work 32 to 36 hours a week and ensure that the policy is not only on paper but also truly alive on the work floor. You have the freedom to improve and apply the policy, making the environment safer and healthier for everyone. No day is the same. You monitor compliance with the policy, identify risks, and address improvement points directly. You prepare the QHSE annual plan, organize audits, and are the central point of contact in case of incidents. You effortlessly coordinate with team leaders, management, and external parties. You ensure that everyone is well-informed and that changes proceed smoothly. You think tactically and provide clear reports. Are you curious, proactive, and able to persuade people?
