You ensure everything runs smoothly, motivate colleagues, lend an ear, and make sure customers feel welcome. You also keep a close eye on sales targets and come up with smart actions to achieve them. Meanwhile, you maintain a positive atmosphere. You help a customer choose the perfect hiking gear, assist at the cash register, or help with processing freight. You are visible everywhere and set a good example. At the end of the day, you celebrate the successes achieved together. As a Supervisor, you make a difference, every day! At Hanos Nieuwegein, you work as a store employee in the fresh produce department. You work 24 to 40 hours per week in staggered shifts. You ensure that the potato, vegetable, and fruit department is always neat and stocked. You check the freshness and replenish the shelves. You also advise customers and contribute to a pleasant shopping experience. You work in staggered shifts: early in the morning, during the day, or in the evening (no 3-shift schedule). Together with your colleagues, you keep the department in order and help customers in a friendly manner. You work flexibly, also on Saturdays and shopping evenings.
