As a Helper Plus, you work in the psychogeriatric department in Delfzijl. You support elderly people with memory problems and work 16 to 24 hours a week. You provide personal care, structure, and attention. The work is varied and no day is the same. Your day starts with the handover. You help residents with getting up, washing, dressing, and having breakfast. You notice changes in behavior or health, administer medication, and ensure a pleasant atmosphere.
