  • As a caregiver EMB in Hardenberg, you make a difference every day. You work 14 to 22 hours a week in a cozy living group with 10 residents. You guide and care for people with multiple disabilities. Your work is important because you ensure a pleasant day and a safe feeling.

    You work together with colleagues in early and late shifts, also on weekends. You support daily activities, ADL, maintaining social contacts, and administering medication. You perform nursing procedures, update data in the ECD, and help with household tasks. No night shifts is our standard!

We offer

    • A contract with us, where you can eventually join the organization;
    • You receive a salary according to the collective labor agreement for Disability Care in FWG 40 from a minimum of €2,952 to a maximum of €3,980 gross per month based on a 36-hour workweek (excluding ORT, travel expenses, and year-end bonus);

We ask

    • You have at least completed an MBO level 3 Social Care education;
    • You are skilled in performing ADL tasks and administering medication;

    • You have experience in guiding and caring for clients with intellectual and physical disabilities.
