As a Supervisor in our store in Delft, you are responsible for the daily management of the team. You work 36 to 38 hours per week and ensure a positive atmosphere and good collaboration. You support your colleagues and maintain the quality of service. Customers are welcomed by you with a smile, and you actively think about improvements in the store. Your day starts with a team briefing, after which you coach the employees, help them with questions, and ensure that everyone can do their job well. You replenish shelves, keep the store tidy, and process returns. Additionally, you are responsible for the cash register and the warehouse. You also consult with the market manager about the goals and performance of the store. As a Front Office Employee, you are the first point of contact for visitors, colleagues, and suppliers. You ensure that everyone feels welcome and that everything runs smoothly. Your tasks include welcoming customers, colleagues, and suppliers with a warm welcome, answering incoming phone calls, and speaking to callers in a friendly manner. Additionally, you order office supplies and groceries for lunch, assist with internal events and meetings, and process incoming and outgoing mail and emails. You also reserve hotels and meeting rooms for colleagues and perform other light administrative tasks to support the team. You are available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for 24 hours per week.
