We ask

    • MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level;
    • At least 2 years of experience in leading a team;
    • Good administrative skills;
    • Strong in organizing, planning, and maintaining an overview;
    • Commercial thinking and customer-oriented actions;
    • Coaching and motivating leadership;
    • Work independently and result-oriented;
    • Good command of the Dutch language;
    • Affinity with automotive technology, transport, or the agricultural sector is a plus.
