  • As a bakery employee, you work in the production of a specialized pita bakery. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the production process runs smoothly and that the products meet the desired quality. Your tasks include participating in the production process of pitas, operating and monitoring production machines, and ensuring the quality and progress of production. You identify and resolve minor malfunctions or deviations and ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Collaborating with colleagues to achieve daily production goals is essential. There are two shifts: the start shift begins between 2:00 and 6:00 AM in the night/early morning, and the closing shift begins between 8:00 and 10:00 AM in the morning. During the first three months, you will be trained and will not yet work start shifts. It is important to keep in mind that after this training period, you may become part of the schedule with start shifts. Therefore, you do not mind starting early in the night in the long term.
