  • As an Assistant Team Leader at SMILE Plastics, you work closely with the team leader to ensure our production process runs smoothly. You learn the tricks of the trade and develop into a full-fledged team leader. In this role, you are responsible for directing various production tasks, guiding and supporting staff, solving technical problems, assisting production employees, and mastering the entire production process. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and have several years of experience as a machine operator. Additionally, you are proficient in Dutch and preferably also English and/or German.

We offer

    • A salary between €2,800 and €3,200 gross per month;
    • Shift allowance of 20%;
    • Working in a dynamic and informal team;

We ask

    • Several years of experience as a machine operator;
    • Technical insight and handy with tools;
    • Willing to actively participate;
