Production

  • Are you ready for a dynamic role where you actively participate in the production process and support the team leader in daily team coordination? Together, you ensure that the installations function optimally and that production proceeds safely and efficiently. You are involved in various parts of the process, such as processing tires, operating machines, filling products, and preparing transports. Additionally, you perform light technical tasks, such as cleaning and replacing parts and resolving minor malfunctions. In the absence of the team leader, you take over his duties. From the control room, you monitor the process, set parameters, and closely watch important process values such as temperature and water cooling.

We offer

  • • A gross monthly salary between € 2,800 and € 3,200 (excluding shift allowance) based on 37.5 hours per week; • 18.5% shift allowance on top of the base salary; • Extra allowances for weekend shifts, up to 200%; • Annual one-time payment and 8% holiday pay; • Travel allowance; • 25 vacation days, with additional leave days depending on age; • Good employment conditions in accordance with the collective labor agreement; • Pension scheme and various additional arrangements; • Opportunities to obtain certificates and training, such as: • Forklift certificate; • Emergency Response (BHV); • First Aid (EHBO); • VAPRO A and B. • Room to advance to, for example, team leader or another position within the organization.

We ask

  • • Experience in a production, process, or industrial environment; • Demonstrable skills in leading or guiding colleagues; • Technical insight and affinity with machines and installations; • Basic knowledge of computers, including Word and Excel; • Willingness to occasionally work weekends or extra hours when the situation requires; • Proficiency in the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
