Assistant Team Leader

As a Working Foreman Production, you are the linchpin in the production process. You actively work on the floor in Duiven and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You operate and set up machines, resolve minor malfunctions, and perform quality checks. You get a lot of responsibility and the chance to further develop your technical knowledge. On an average workday, you start with your team. You check the schedule, distribute tasks, and ensure that everyone can get to work. You keep machines running, support colleagues, and intervene if something goes wrong. In the absence of the Team Leader, you take over the daily management.
