  • As Assistant Team Leader Logistics, you are responsible for ensuring an efficient logistics process and achieving the agreed KPIs. You closely monitor progress and timely identify any bottlenecks. Additionally, you ensure that safety, quality, and work instructions are followed. You guide, motivate, and support logistics employees and are responsible for onboarding and instructing new colleagues. Promoting knowledge sharing and development within the team is an important part of your role. Finally, you process and check administrative logistics processes in Fobis.
