  • Are you a precise and organizationally strong Assistant Operations? We are looking for someone to support production planning, order processing, and personnel planning. You will work closely with production, logistics, and work preparation, ensuring that planning and administration are always well organized. You work from 07:00 to 16:00 in a dynamic production environment. On an average workday, you assist with production planning and process changes. You keep track of orders, schedules, capacities, and personnel deployment. You monitor the progress of production orders and identify deviations. Additionally, you process and report completed orders and assist in preparing packing and shipping lists. You have contact with customers and employment agencies. You also register availability, leave, absenteeism, and personnel deployment. You ensure a good transfer of planning information and timely signal bottlenecks to the responsible manager. We ask

  • • MBO working and thinking level; • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative, logistical, production, or planning role is a plus; • You can work well with Excel, planning systems, and digital registration systems; • You work accurately, structured, and can prioritize well; • You remain calm under pressure and with unexpected changes; • You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages; German is a plus; • Basic knowledge of personnel planning, leave, and absenteeism registration; • Own transport is necessary (location not accessible by public transport).
