In this role, you work 38 hours per week in day shifts and are responsible for leading a team and overseeing the production process. You start each workday at 06:30 and distribute the tasks within the team. You monitor the schedule, make adjustments where necessary, and support employees on the shop floor. Additionally, you identify areas for improvement, keep track of progress, and prepare production reports. You work in a modern and safe production environment with the latest techniques. The working days are from Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 15:30, allowing you to be free every evening. We ask
- • You have at least a VMBO working and thinking level; • You have 2 to 5 years of work experience, preferably in meat processing or in a managerial position; • You have a good command of the Dutch or English language; • You have experience in leading and guiding employees; • You work result-oriented, take initiative, and maintain an overview; • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety is a plus; • You preferably live within a 30-kilometer radius of Twello.
