You start each workday at 06:30 and distribute the tasks within the team. You monitor the schedule, make adjustments where necessary, and support employees on the shop floor. Additionally, you identify areas for improvement, keep track of progress, and prepare production reports. You work in a modern and safe production environment with the latest techniques. The working days are from Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 15:30, allowing you to be free every evening.
