Production Employee Westerhaar-Vriezenveensewijk
As a production employee, you work full-time (38 hours) in 2 or 3 shifts. You will be part of a dedicated team where collegiality is paramount. You are responsible for hanging and removing products, checking the quality, and assisting the powder coater with color changes. Together, we ensure everything runs smoothly and the customer is satisfied.
On a workday, you start by distributing the tasks. You hang products, check the layer thickness, and process the orders in the system. You assist with color changes and contribute ideas for process improvements. You work closely with your colleagues and ensure everything is done neatly and safely. Occasionally, you have meetings with the team about planning and quality.
