  • Are you an all-round welder looking for a challenging position in Gemert? As an all-round welder, you work full-time or part-time in day shifts, 32 to 40 hours per week. You start your day with your colleagues to review the schedule, after which you work independently at your own workstation. You use technical drawings to perform MIG/MAG (80%) and TIG (20%) welding, working with steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. The plate thicknesses vary from 1.5 to 10 mm, with occasionally thicker plates. You assemble constructions, finish frames, and ensure a neat finish. On an average day, you assess drawings, prepare welding plans, check quality, and collaborate with other welders. You think about how the work can be done more efficiently, fill in quality documents, and ensure a safe working environment. You work in a team with experienced professionals and young talents.
