  • As an Allround Packaging Operator at a large international company in Borculo, you work with modern machines and packaging lines. You ensure that the process of baby food and other food products runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You do this together with an enthusiastic team, in a 5-shift system. You work an average of 33.6 hours per week, giving you several consecutive days off regularly. You receive an attractive salary, shift allowance, and plenty of opportunities to develop yourself.

    On a workday, you start with a short handover with your colleagues. You set up the packaging machines, monitor the process, and intervene in case of deviations. You change machines for product switches and independently resolve minor technical malfunctions. You ensure that all production data is accurate and perform quality checks. We ask

    • MBO working and thinking level, preferably technical;
    • At least 1 year of experience as an operator, process operator, or production worker;
    • Technical insight and problem-solving ability;
    • Accurate, quality- and safety-conscious working method;
    • Willingness to work in a 5-shift system;
    • Forklift certificate or willingness to obtain it;
    • Own transport to Borculo;
    • Knowledge of HACCP is a plus;
    • Good command of the Dutch language.
