  • As an Allround Operator Packaging at a large international company in Borculo, you will work with modern machines and packaging lines. You ensure that the process of producing baby food and other nutritional products runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You will do this alongside an enthusiastic team, working in a 5-shift system. You work an average of 33.6 hours per week, allowing you to have several consecutive days off regularly.     Your workday begins with a brief handover with your colleagues. You set up the packaging machines, monitor the process, and intervene in case of deviations. You will change machine settings for product switches and independently resolve minor technical issues. You ensure that all production data is accurate and conduct quality checks. We ask

    • MBO working and thinking level, preferably technical;
    • At least 1 year of experience as an operator, process operator, or production worker;
    • Technical insight and problem-solving skills;
    • Accurate, quality- and safety-conscious working method;
    • Willingness to work in a 5-shift system;
    • Forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one;
    • Own transport to Borculo;
    • Knowledge of HACCP is a plus;
    • Good command of the Dutch language.
