As a cleaning staff member in Hoogeveen, you ensure a fresh and clean working environment. You work 16 hours per week, spread over four days. You can plan your shifts during school hours. You like to take initiative and ensure everything remains tidy. You work with a small team of four colleagues. In case of absence, you flexibly step in for another. You are reliable, precise, and know how to get things done. On a workday, you start by cleaning production areas and offices. You vacuum, mop with a machine, and clean coffee machines. You refill them, empty trash cans, and ensure the sanitation remains fresh. Working safely and neatly is a priority. You work according to a clear cleaning program, but there is room for your ideas and improvements. Sometimes you work in a cool area, around 4 to 7 degrees. That is not a problem for you because you are physically fit. This is a great job if you enjoy working in a team but also take on tasks independently.
