All-round Warehouse Employee Amsterdam

As an Inhouse Consultant in Amsterdam, you are the main point of contact for both employees and the client. Because you work on-site, you know exactly what's happening on the work floor and can quickly adapt when the situation requires it. You are involved in recruiting and selecting new employees, organizing the schedule, and ensuring the right people are in the right place. Additionally, you maintain close contact with team leaders, monitor staffing levels, and ensure the administration is accurate. You also discuss staffing needs with the client and think about suitable solutions. No day is the same. One day you might be conducting interviews and arranging the schedule, the next day you might be solving a last-minute challenge or responding to a sudden peak in work. A varied role with a lot of responsibility, where you visibly contribute to the success of one of the largest logistics organizations in the Netherlands.

As an all-round warehouse worker in Amsterdam, you will work 40 hours per week in a modern warehouse. You will make a significant impact in a team that values action and variety. You will begin with a comprehensive onboarding period in one department, allowing you to quickly familiarize yourself with the processes. Subsequently, you will gain more responsibility and take on additional tasks within the warehouse. Your workday starts in the morning, always in day shifts. You will pick orders, process returns, drive a forklift or reach truck, and pack goods. You will work with scanners and paper lists, ensuring everything runs smoothly and accurately. Due to the variety of products, no day is the same: one day you handle fitness equipment, and the next it’s medical cabinets or game consoles.
