All-round Gardener Doetinchem

As an Intercedent at Timing in Doetinchem, you are the connecting factor between clients, candidates, and colleagues. You visit clients, have conversations with candidates, and see commercial opportunities that you don't let slip by. We give you a lot of freedom and trust that you take initiative, see opportunities, and ensure that clients enjoy working with you and Timing. You build your own network, maintain existing relationships, and know exactly what's happening at the companies in your region. We don't have a fixed workday, and that's what makes it fun. For example, you might start with a cup of coffee and a few phone calls to clients. Then you might go on a client visit to discuss staffing needs and think along about the best solution. Back at the office, you consult with your recruitment colleagues about candidates. Who fits where? Which vacancy is still open? And can we perhaps help that client with something else? Your main tasks are approaching new clients, maintaining and expanding existing client relationships, visiting clients and thinking along about staffing issues, collaborating with recruiters to find the right candidates, guiding candidates and temporary workers and keeping in touch with them, and identifying commercial opportunities and turning them into concrete collaborations. Targets are part of it, but we mainly see them as something to work towards together.
