In this position, you organize and coordinate transports within the Netherlands and Europe, working 32 to 40 hours per week. You have control over the entire transport process and ensure that agreements with customers and carriers are always met. As a point of contact for customers, you quickly adapt to changes. You purchase transport capacity, prepare quotes, and advise on logistical solutions. Additionally, you monitor costs and margins, solve problems directly, and think about improvements. You handle and check the administration and documentation. Every day is different: you solve operational bottlenecks and keep a close eye on all shipments. We ask

  • • MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level, preferably in logistics; • Several years of experience as a forwarder, transport planner, or in transport management; • Knowledge of road freight and intermodal transport; • You speak and write good Dutch, English, and German; • You work independently and enjoy working together; • You are communicatively strong, decisive, and solution-oriented; • You are proficient with MS Office and logistics software.
