- Are you ready for a challenging role within an international Shared Service Center in Maastricht? We are looking for an Advanced Duty Collections Agent to strengthen our Accounts Receivables team. In this role, you are responsible for coordinating and handling customs duties and payment processes. You ensure that shipments run smoothly through the correct and timely handling of financial and administrative processes. Your tasks include coordinating and executing duty collections, resolving customs and payment disputes from A to Z, and maintaining contact with internal teams, service centers, and international stakeholders. Additionally, you monitor processes and ensure compliance with guidelines, identify and resolve recurring issues, and work with various systems and databases for accurate registration.
We offer
- • Temporary position for 6 months; • Market-conform conditions according to internal structures; • Salary: €2900 based on 38 hours per week; • Travel allowance: €0.23 per km (max. €18 per day); • Public transport fully reimbursed up to €36.80 per day.
