As an administrative logistics employee, you are part of a close-knit team responsible for a wide range of operational tasks. You play a crucial role in supporting daily processes and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your tasks include order processing and replenishing pick locations, handling complaints and expiration dates, conducting counts and ensuring a correct daily closure, managing the mailbox and responding to incoming emails, answering incoming phone calls, and supporting various departments within the logistics operation. You work in rotating shifts (early/mid/late).
We offer
- • A market-conform salary according to the Mediq collective labor agreement, scale 4, from € 2,751 to € 3,468 gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on knowledge and experience; • On top of this, you receive an irregularity allowance of +10%. If you work before 07:00 or after 19:00, you receive an allowance of +12%; • A position for 40 hours per week, where you work in the fulfillment center in Bleiswijk; • 25.5 vacation days per year (based on a 40-hour workweek), with the option to buy more; • Holiday pay of 8% in April and an annual bonus of up to 7.5% based on objectives and performance; • Investing in your development through tailor-made training and coaching, with access to the Mediq Academy for various training courses; • You have control over your own development, with plenty of opportunities to grow within Mediq and gain experience with different workflows; • You work in an enthusiastic, customer-oriented team that is committed daily to healthcare in the Netherlands.
We ask
- • A mbo-4 working and thinking level; • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word); • Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written; • A proactive and professional attitude; • Reliability, flexibility, and stress resistance; • Attention to detail and an accurate working style; • Administrative experience in a logistics or production environment is a plus.

Project Employee Logistics & Quality
Are you precise, do you enjoy working with data, and do you like being present on the work floor? Then this is your chance! For a temporary assignment of 6 months, we are looking for an enthusiastic Project Employee Logistics & Quality. In this varied role, you contribute to improving logistical processes and support the quality control of new products. You will work on two important projects within the organization: the palletization project and the support of quality control (FAI). In the palletization project, you ensure that products are placed correctly on pallets and that all data about this is correctly entered into the systems. Additionally, you help draft clear work instructions for the warehouse. You are involved in checking and processing product and pallet data, entering and updating data in systems such as SAP, assessing whether packaging can be stacked efficiently and safely, identifying improvement points and drafting reports, and coordinating with suppliers and various internal departments. In supporting quality control (FAI), you assist in checking new products before they are fully implemented. Your tasks include performing product checks, taking photos of incoming products, checking product specifications, and accurately recording all findings in the administration.
