  • Are you precise and service-oriented? The Legal Affairs team of the municipality is looking for an administrative legal assistant. You support our lawyers and policy advisors in various legal processes and ensure that files, decisions, and correspondence are always in order. You manage and process legal files, objections, WOO requests, and damage reports. Additionally, you handle administrative processing for publications and prepare decisions, letters, and standard documents. You plan and organize hearings, monitor deadlines, and track progress. As the first point of contact for residents, colleagues, and external parties, you provide administrative support for legal projects and research.
