Administrative Assistant Tilburg

As a planner in Tilburg, you are the linchpin of the team. You work full-time (32-40 hours) and ensure that all projects run smoothly. You keep an overview, coordinate personnel and equipment smartly, and ensure everything is ready on time. You work together with project leaders and supervisors, think along about the approach, and adjust where necessary. Your day starts with creating and maintaining the schedule. You allocate people, machines, and materials across various projects in green and cultural engineering. You identify bottlenecks, act immediately, and provide solutions. You work closely with a fellow planner to ensure everything aligns well. During peak periods, you also coordinate the deployment of external forces. In this job, you get a lot of responsibility.
