Administrative Assistant HR (Temporary)

Then this temporary position as HR Administrative Assistant at the Hornbach headquarters in Houten is perfect for you. You will work 16 to 32 hours per week within a professional HR team and have the chance to further develop yourself in the HR field. You can choose a workweek of 16, 24, or 32 hours (2, 3, or 4 days). At the start, you will decide together how many hours you want to work, so you have a fixed and suitable work pattern. You will start by checking, archiving, and digitizing personnel files. You will work accurately with confidential data and ensure that the HR administration is complete and up-to-date. Additionally, you will support the HR department with various administrative tasks. As you master the tasks, you will gain more responsibility and the opportunity to take on substantive HR tasks. You will be intensively guided by experienced HR and payroll administrators who are eager to involve you in the practice. This position is ideal for someone with an HRM or P&O background who wants to gain practical experience within a large, professional organization.
