You work 20 hours per week, spread over five days, with working hours between 07:30 and 18:00. This is a temporary position until January 2027. You support the operational purchasing department by processing information from suppliers and colleagues in the ERP system. You keep track of delivery dates, work out reports, and have contact with suppliers. You work independently but are also part of an involved team. Your day starts at the office in Elsloo, where you check incoming delivery data and process it in the system. You create overviews in Excel and compare data. You answer questions from suppliers via email or phone, prepare matching files, and help with ad hoc administrative tasks. You work in a structured manner and maintain an overview, with clear tasks and modern programs. This position is ideal if you like to work accurately and can switch quickly. We ask
