As a customer service representative backline in Arnhem, you give your best every day. You work 32 to 40 hours per week and have the opportunity to work independently. In this role, you handle more challenging cases, allowing you to showcase your skills. You primarily work digitally, process requests, handle emails, and solve complex questions. You only answer the phone in cases of high urgency, allowing you to focus on quality. You ensure that customers and colleagues are helped quickly and efficiently. You process bookings, cashback requests, and ensure the system is always accurate. You are involved, think along, and remain professional. Every day is different. You check which actions are pending, consult with colleagues, and ensure everything runs smoothly. You are the link that makes a difference in the team.
