As a Shopfitter/Fitter Assembler, you work full-time in Sliedrecht, in the heart of the maritime and industrial sector. You work 40 to 50 hours per week in a modern, safe factory. With the latest tools and clear drawings, you shape pipes into a perfectly fitting assembly. This makes your work varied and challenging. A typical workday begins with reviewing the technical drawings. Then you gather the right materials, such as stainless steel or Duplex. You adjust bends, flanges, and T-pieces, align them precisely, and secure them. You coordinate with welders and quality inspectors to ensure everything is correct. You work safely and accurately, according to the applicable standards and requirements. At the end of the day, you check if the pipes meet all specifications. You have a lot of freedom in your work, but you are never alone. Together with colleagues, you build impressive projects for ships, yachts, and industrial installations.
