Logistics Team Leader
Are you ready for a challenging role in logistics? As a Logistics Team Leader, you are responsible for efficiently collecting orders, loading and unloading, and overseeing the warehouse and premises. You have the opportunity to grow into a coordinating role, where you supervise colleagues, check prepared orders, and contribute ideas for improvements in logistics processes. You ensure the quick and accurate picking of orders, organizing the warehouse and surrounding area. The role also offers growth opportunities to a coordinating position, including leading team members, checking orders, and optimizing work processes. In addition to efficiently processing orders and handling loading and unloading, you are responsible for order in the warehouse and premises. Moreover, you can advance to a coordinating role where you supervise colleagues, check prepared shipments, and contribute to improvements in logistics. In this role, you are not only active with order picking, loading and unloading, and managing the warehouse area, but you also have a view of a coordinating task. This includes guiding employees, reviewing prepared orders, and suggesting improvements for logistics processes. You perform efficient order picking, loading and unloading, and keep the warehouse and premises organized. Additionally, the position offers room for development into a coordinating role: leading colleagues, checking prepared orders, and thinking about process improvements.
The other tasks are:
• Collecting orders with a forklift;
• Adjusting stones and tiles to size for the customer, manually or with tools for heavy parts;
• Receiving and assisting customers and suppliers with loading and unloading trucks;
• Keeping the warehouse and storage neat and organized;
