All-round Production Worker / Operator

At Tapas Factory Rotterdam, we are looking for an all-round production worker/operator who is proactive, has good insight, and is willing to take on various tasks. Tapas Factory Rotterdam produces fresh and flavorful tapas products of high quality daily. Hygiene, safety, quality, and teamwork are central to us. We are looking for colleagues who want to think along, persevere, and grow with us. In this role, you are responsible for operating machines and are all-round deployable in production. This means that in addition to operator tasks, you also participate in production work and cleaning tasks. As an operator/all-round production worker, you will be involved in operating and monitoring machines, overseeing the production process, identifying malfunctions or deviations, performing all-round production tasks, supporting colleagues where needed, and cleaning machines, workspaces, and production areas. In this role, you work as an operator, but we also expect you to be all-round deployable. At Tapas Factory, you work in day shifts and extra overtime may occur if necessary. You work every week from Monday to Friday according to a fixed schedule, from 07:00 to 16:00. Due to the working hours, it is important that you have your own transport unless you live close to the location. Travel costs are reimbursed according to the applicable arrangement/CAO of Tapas Factory. Strict safety and hygiene regulations apply at Tapas Factory Rotterdam: white work clothing, hearing protection, safety shoes with hard toes, and no fake nails or jewelry during work.
