PROMAN new parent organization of employment agency Timing

Timing Employment Agency becomes part of the French family business PROMAN. With this acquisition, the company joins the top 3 temporary staffing services in the Netherlands. The sale fits into the long-term strategy of ADG service group to focus more on facility services. In addition to Timing Employment Agency, the brands In Person, Persoonality, Doordoeners, and Youbahn are also being acquired.

Timing is the only employment agency in the Netherlands that focuses entirely on operational work and represents a large group of hardworking people. Timing has grown in this area and has been making a significant impact for years.

Hans Kroeze, general director of ADG service group: ‘Timing and the other companies in the personnel services branch have grown into healthy, robust enterprises over the years at ADG. With PROMAN, we have found a buyer who pursues the same family values as ADG, combined with long-standing experience and specialization in the temporary employment sector in various countries. We are therefore confident that Timing and its brands will also thrive outside our group. The sale fits into our strategy to focus more on the facility branch of our company.’

Margriet Spijker, CEO of Timing: ‘With PROMAN, we will become part of a powerful international company that focuses entirely on personnel services, particularly operational work. This specialization, combined with their desire to build a strong position in the Dutch market, gives us confidence that this acquisition is good for the further development of Timing. Additionally, PROMAN, like Timing and its current parent ADG service group, is a family business that takes its social responsibility seriously. This fits with our culture.’

Roland Gomez, owner and CEO of PROMAN: ‘This partnership is a big step in our history. We have found in Timing a company that fits 100% with PROMAN. I am impressed by the ambitious teams and particularly professional people. Timing is part of a family holding, and we feel and recognize that in the company culture. We have many similarities, and I am sure that together we can surpass ourselves. With our Dutch companies Luba and E&A, we complement each other, both in terms of customers and geographical coverage. This is the perfect moment and opportunity.’
