As an Assembly Worker, you assemble furniture according to Vepa's strict quality standards, with the chance to advance to All-round Assembly Worker or Assembly Team Leader. In the upholstery department, you work with various materials to give furniture a sustainable appearance, and you can advance to All-round Upholsterer. The metal department offers employees the chance to further develop with training and courses. There is also an opportunity for holiday workers to gain experience in furniture assembly.
