Fresh pastries made with love

A day in a HEMA bakery
In the HEMA bakery, cakes, snacks, and other bakery products are produced with great dedication and in a traditional manner, so they are always fresh daily in HEMA stores.
In the bakery, they start around seven o'clock with producing the order for that day. They regularly look for new (part-time) employees in the bakery who enjoy making a beautiful product together with colleagues. As a new employee, you start with simple tasks. If this goes well, you learn more and more, such as turning cream, masking, or spraying whipped cream. Once the pastries are made, they must be distributed to the stores. This happens in the dispatch cooling. You need to keep your head in the game for this work. Around five o'clock, the orders are ready.
The drivers deliver the pastries to the stores. They start between 2:00 and 4:00 AM to have all the stores stocked before opening time. In this work, it is especially important that you are independent and stress-resistant.
