Order Picker Flexpool
Are you looking for a part-time job or flexible workplace where you can manage your time well? In Rogat, you can work as an order picker in the flexpool. You mainly work on Fridays and Saturdays and sometimes on other days or extra during holidays.
You collect orders together with colleagues in the warehouse, the cooling area (4-7 degrees), and the freezer (-18 degrees). You use a headset and a collection truck. We ensure that you are well guided and all instructions are clear. Your working hours are flexible, so you can easily combine your work with your studies or other commitments. You receive clear explanations about the work and can always approach colleagues or your supervisor with questions. During your shift, you receive instructions via the headset on which products to collect. You drive calmly and safely with the collection truck through the warehouse, pick the right products, and prepare them neatly. You sometimes work in the cooling area or freezer, but you receive an extra allowance for this. Because the work is physical, it is important that you can lift and move products. At the end of your shift, you hand over the work neatly and help colleagues where needed. We find it important that you feel welcome and work well with the team. Together, we ensure that all orders are ready on time. The team is there for each other, and new colleagues are well trained.
