This is how Aida will help you
After you apply, you will immediately receive a WhatsApp message from Aida in which she asks you a number of questions. For example, how you get to work, what your maximum travel distance is, and what work you would like to do (your desired position). This way, we know what you find important in a job. The information you share with her is stored securely and not shared with third parties. We will get to work with your answers. It doesn't matter when you apply, Aida will get to work on it immediately. At any time of the day.
Strong team
Aida can do a lot, but not everything. She cannot answer all your questions, and your application is not assessed by her. This remains human work and our colleagues at the branches can do it best. Together they form a strong team that helps you find a job that truly suits you even faster.
What does Aida do?
ā Complete your application
After you apply, you will receive a WhatsApp message from Aida. She will ask you a few easy questions. For example: how do you get to work, how far do you want to travel, and what work are you looking for? This way, we get to know you even better and can search better for a job that truly suits you.
ā Store your data securely
Everything you share with Aida is stored securely in our system. We do not share your data with others. In our privacy statement, you can read exactly how we handle your data.
ā Always available
Aida is always there, even in the evenings and on weekends. You will receive a message from her immediately after your application (within a minute), just via WhatsApp. This way, we can immediately proceed with your application.
What doesn't Aida do?
ā Assess applications
Aida does not decide if you are suitable for a job. She only asks questions to complete your profile.
ā The right job for you
Aida does not determine which jobs suit you. That remains human work and our colleagues at the branch can do it best. They look at your answers.
ā Answer questions
Do you have a question? Aida cannot answer all questions. It is best to contact one of our colleagues at the branch, they will be happy to help you further!
