Senior Site Employee

Are you ready for a challenging role as a Senior Site Employee in Zwolle? In this full-time position, you work 38 hours a week, from Monday to Friday, in day shifts between 07:00 and 18:00. On Fridays, you finish two hours earlier. As a coordinator on the site, you work closely with the logistics team and the team leader. You take responsibility and ensure everything runs smoothly. You support where needed on the work floor and independently handle technical malfunctions. On a workday, you keep an overview of the site and ensure everything remains safe and tidy. You operate machines such as the forklift, sweeper, and shovel. You resolve minor machine malfunctions yourself where possible. You distribute tasks, step in, and assist colleagues.
