As a Service Delivery Employee in Venlo, you will work for a large logistics provider. You will be the contact person for clients and carriers, both in the Netherlands and internationally. In this role, you will have extensive client contact, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions. You will ensure everything runs according to agreements and keep clients satisfied, making the job varied and challenging. Your day begins with checking ongoing transports. You will create reports and monitor the flow of goods. You will quickly resolve issues, such as damage or delays. You will work with a transport management system (TMS), maintain records, and ensure all customs documents are correct. You will think about how processes can be improved and share your ideas with the team. This job is perfect for you if you enjoy variety and working with people. We ask

• Bachelor’s degree working and thinking level, preferably in transport or logistics; • 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience; • Knowledge of international transport, logistics, customs regulations, and import & export; • Experience with logistics administrative tasks; • Good communication skills in Dutch and English; • You are accurate, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented; • You work independently and enjoy working in a team; • Good knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and TMS; • Experience with BlueRock is a plus.
