You work in day shifts or a 2-shift system, depending on your preference and the schedule. You start your workday with your colleagues and discuss the schedule. Then you get to work on processing, assembling, and inspecting metal parts. You work accurately, keep a close eye on quality, and ensure that everything is carried out safely and neatly. Together with your team, you work towards a beautiful end product. This position is ideal for you if you enjoy practical work, have technical insight, and want to further develop yourself within the metal industry.
